What are the best shoes to get for going to the gym?
Hi guys!
I am overweight and I really want to start going to the gym and do something healthy. I also want to start doing some walking or running. But I don’t know which shoes to buy. I see all these toning shoes on tv but I’m wondering if they are effective for this kind of training.
I have a little bit of wide feet that I inherited from my family. So I need comfortable shoes that serve their purpose.
Does anyone have suggestions?
I’m going to order the shoes online, because it’s way cheaper. Oh and preferably no Nike shoes because they do child labor.
