What color wedding shoes?
I am considering wearing a red shoes to my wedding. My dress i full white with small red decorations and my jewelry is red. My husband will be in a white suite with a red inside vest. The theme of the wedding is red & white. My wedding will not be in a church, I am a liberal person. What do you think about the red shoes base on what I said?
As long as they are not so prominent as to detract from your dress or the ceremony itself, I say, go for it! We’re in a modern age and the old edicts about red shoes being evil (Brother Grimm, thanks!) or too sexualized for church have disappeared. It’s your wedding and you should have free rein to make it truly personalized. Heck, one of my friend wore delicate tangerine colored shoes at her wedding.
