My leg pain for several years, in beginning, I just want to ruduce the pain, but failed. I told one of my friends who wear everyday, she said maybe the way you walk in is not plat. For health people, MBT shoes can ruduce tired, you can wear it everywhere. But for me, walk within one or two hour is best. The doctor also said you should take care of you foot. In short, this is a shoe that you really have to try before you commit to it.
