Are over-the-knee boots really tarty?
I absolutely love boots. am in my late twenties but have not bowed to the fashion of over the knee – ie thigh high – boots. think they are best worn in private and i like to look classy!!
just wondering if these can ever look classy….!
Wear them with skinny jeans and a pretty conservative top, like a light turtleneck and a blazer/jacket. The boots themselves shouldn’t be patent leather or super high super thin stilettos because they start to look like hooker boots. Flat thigh highs in a brown leather are your best bet. And the fact that your in your twenties helps you pull them off better. I’m currently in high school and my BFF wore a black suede pair with 4″ heels, and I thought they were awesome, but she definitely got a few hooker mutters.
We also live in a pretty conservative foot-washing baptist small town, so yeah, I don’t think you’ll have to worry.
