    what if your knees generally hurt? cause my knees tend to hurt when i bend them and my ankles twist even when i’m wearing flip flops for some reason. someone please help :(

    hey hey! Have you tried the maximus muscle 247 workout (google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my sister gained lots of muscle with it.

    i hate seeing women who bend their knees waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyy too much when walking in heels. I think they look like mutated horses; that is not a good thing.
