I honestly never knew you could wear galoshes over your heels! And I never woulda thrown mine out had they looked like those! LOL
my dad had a pair of overshoes, i wonder why ppl stopped wearing them.

my great grandparents said thats where the term “flappers” came from in the beginning of this style; there was a short lived fad of wearing those galoshers slightly open and letting them flap around….the name stuck….^_^
btw: DAYUM those are the sexiest galoshers i ever saw!
Do they still produce something similar to those? They are way better than normal rain boots.
