Know the title of this–possibly 80s– film?
It’s about an aspiring shoe designer who is rather plain looking, and she likes this photographer/director. She then discovers that when she puts a specific item of clothing on (I don’t remember what exactly) she becomes this gorgeous super model… And all I remember is that at the end, her model self scoffs the shoes she designed to test the guys love and he chooses her plain self over her model self… and they meet near a river (body of water) and she throws the shoes into there.
Please help! This movie has been driving me nuts, trying to figure out the name.
