Where do I find an all white semi-formal dress (NOT for a wedding)?
I am going to this convention this summer where we will need to wear all white for one of the days, in kind of a semi-formal/business attire meeting. I will have to wear closed in white shoes, and a white dress or skirt/top combo. I am leaning toward a dress, and I want to be more semi-formal than business. I am really girly, and I love frills, and I don’t want to look cheap. The thing is it needs to be all white, and true white. No other colors whatsoever on the dress, and not off white or ivory. Where in the world do I find a dress like this? Where would be a good place to go to get a decent selection of dresses like this? Or at least a lot of white, flowy, dressy tops I can pair with a white pencil skirt? We’re talking kneww length here, and I am about a size 5 Juniors, and a 4 petite in womens, sometimes a 2 or a 3, depending, if that matters.
