I just applied online at my local Payless shoe store. They emailed me saying We will review your background to determine if your qualifications are a match with the posted requirements. If it passes our initial screening, we will contact you. My plan Is to call in a week just to check up to see if my app has been 100% recieved (ie not to ask for an interview lol). I would love to work here…but can anyone tell me what the email they sent back means? Like the process that will happen? Thanks!
They’re basically doing just a background check which takes about 4-5 days. If they dont call you after 5 or so days, give them a call (:
The process is all done by computer so you dont really have to worry about it
